Washdown Computers Main PageWe offer 5 different models of latched enclosures. These are the most popular industrial enclosures among all food manufacturers. We offer three different display sizes: 12”, 15” and 17”. With so many options, there are dozens of possible configurations No matter your application, we have a NEMA 4X latched computer for your needs.
MODEL 228 – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER
This is our smallest computer, for situations where the space is tight. It retains the power of our larger machines. Even though the size is small, this model still utilizes our exclusive box-in-box design. Like all of our computers, it can use any 45nm Intel processor.
MODEL 278 – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER
This is one of our most popular models. The 278 has it all, raw power, large 17” SXGA all-digital display, 8 USB ports, 5 serial ports, IP67 wireless, and much more. Perfect for almost any application.
MODEL 728 – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER
This is our most popular computer. It utilizes our washdown, gasketless keypad. The keypad is on a separate circuit from the touchscreen, so if one fails, the other will still work until repairs can take place. This is all part of our “mission critical” design philosophy. Model 728 uses the same motherboard as all of our computers.
MODEL 758 – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER
This is the “bigger brother” of the model 728, using a 15” SXGA screen and wider keypad. It also has our standard box-in-box design, and can take advantage of the fastest Intel 45nm processors. Wireless, as always, is an option, while DUAL Ethernet is standard.

MODEL 721 – THIN CLIENT
The only self contained, NEMA 4X-rated thin client of its kind, with a washdown, gasketless keypad. The 721 uses a 12” digital SVGA TFT panel. Even though we have a keypad on the enclosure, a separate washdown keyboard can be attached and will work simultaneously with our adhesive unit.
MODEL 770 – YOUR PC IN OUR NEMA 4 X ENCLOSURE.
When the application calls for your company’s standard PCs to be used on the plant floor, we have the ultimate NEMA 4X washdown enclosure for that purpose. Our rugged, space-saving model 770 is one-of-a-kind and has all the features you could need. First, it utilizes our exclusive washdown TOUGHscreen touchscreen and our washdown, gasketless mylar keypad. This gives you unparalleled operator interface options. Next, all connectors can be run out of the bottom of the box with IP67 connectors. Of course, this unit can also be equipped with our IP67 wireless antenna. This unit is also VERY small compared with many other enclosures on the market, and we can custom build an enclosure for whatever PC that you plan to use.
