PE 2111 STAINLESS STEEL PRINTER ENCLOSURE
The PE2111 features a slide out drawer to make it easy to change labels out from a Datamax I series printer or SATO Bar code Label Printer. Unlike other models that have a side swing door- our front loading mechanism allows changing labels no matter where the printer is positioned on a stand. When the door is closed, the PE2111 keeps the printer inside safe from the elements.

WIRELESS SCALE DATA COLLECTION
Some applications call for data to be collected from scales. Period. Nothing fancy, just need the weights sent to a spreadsheet or other application. We offer standard, wash down and explosion proof wireless devices that will interface to any scale that has an RS232 interface. And we have written applications that will take the weight data out sent out by the scale and place it on your network in the appropriate file. Simple, easy and LOW COST, this is another innovative data collection solution from Sigma.

DIGI HIGH SPEED SCALE RETROFITS
We have been asked for years to do this and now it is here. DIGI manufactures very good in motion High Speed scales. But they have one major flaw- being a Japanese company, they are CLOSED PROPRIEATRY SYSTEMS. They have to add “home made” 3rd party “computers” to allow Ethernet communications. But we have replaced their load cell with our digital load cell, their weighing software with our weighing algorithm, their weight and information display with our SIGMA 802.11b WiFi wireless WASH DOWN WINDOWS BASED COMPUTER and WASH DOWN TOUCH SCREEN and our LABELpaq™ software.
