LABELpaq™ is the basis of all of our labeling systems and can be found in dozens of plants in North America and Mexico. Also LABELpaq™ is running on our Sigma wash down computers and TOUGHSCREEN™ wash down touch screens. Our computers, manufactured BY US, are 802.11b wireless certified and are WINDOWS based. Using label applicators from ID Technology <Steve put their address here> our SPEEDWAY 300 in motion scale uses our new digital load cell technologies to give the most ACCURATE WEIGHTS possible. LABELpaq™ so that incorrect weighted boxes can be rejected. And of course  standard is our superior databasing software that allows instant REAL TIME feedback to your network all totals of all products for that line- viewed through our SCALEpaq.net application or simply fed to your app in a text file.  SPEEDWAY 500 HIGH SPEED WEIGHING/LABELING LABELpaq™ SYSTEM.

This application as the name implies is a Microsoft.net application that will take all your data from our LABELpaq™ labeling stations and compile them in a web application that can be viewed in real time over your internal network or the internet. Standard reports include total weights, cases, packages, operator, line and shift. But since our LABELpaq™ is an OPEN DATABASE product, we can “cherry pick” ANY data from our database that is relevant to your application and display it- in REAL TIME. SCALEpaq.net™ truly brings all information from our labeling stations together at one point for the entire enterprise to view.

SCHEDULEpaq.net

Another one of our.net applications. SCHEDULEpaq.net™ assigns orders and production schedules to our LABELpaq™ labeling machines- either our AS series stand alone wireless systems or one of our Speedway in motion scale/labelers. SCHEDULEpaq.net will work with ANY database that you are currently using and will act as a “middleware’ product to receive your orders from YOUR internal system and transfer that data to our machines. All wirelessly - all in real time. Putting a Label on your boxes is important- but COLLECTING and MANIPULATING your data is equally important.
