Our LABELpaq system is truly unique. It is a windows based program (it’s not a warmed over DOS program) and like all our programs is VERY EASY for operators on the shop floor to use with MINIMAL (10 minute) training. It also is written over an open database, and as usual we give you our table schema so that it is EASY to read and write to.

Another feature that makes LABELpaq™ unique is that the SAME VERSION of LABELpaq™ can be used for ALL of your labeling applications- these include:

We have over 600 LABELpaq systems currently in use in the United States, Canada and Mexico. We also have systems in Egypt and Ecuador and the majority of these are wireless. LABELpaq™ will even “sniff” the network reconnect in the background (the operator never knows) and will AUTOMATICALLY UPLOAD the data upon reconnect. Make sure that your labeling software can do this before you purchase.

Following are the different Labeling systems that we offer

       

MODEL AS10 “STAND ALONE” NETWORKED TOTE/ICE PACK FRESH PACK LABELING.
This popular system can be found in over 50 plants in USA/CANADA and MEXICO. Some of the largest poultry and beef processors in the country use these exact systems. But what is “NETWORKED STAND ALONE”? Do the systems that you have in your plant now communicate with each other? Are label formats broadcast out from a central server to ALL machines on the network? Or do you have to do it the old fashioned way but taking a laptop to each system? Our “stand alone” systems are NETWORKED over standard Ethernet TCP/IP so that they can be seen and manipulated over your network. You can change label formats instantly to ALL LABELpaq™ systems on your network. As well as price changes etc… Utilizing LABELpaq™ software and the hardware seen in the picture at right. Optional is 802.11b or a wireless networking. One nice feature about our AS10 system is that we can use your existing hardware- if you have scale bases for instance, we can incorporate those into our system. Purchase only what you need. MODEL AS20 “STAND ALONE” NETWORKED PRE PRICE LABELING SYSTEM.
Do you have pre price systems that are TRUE “stand alone” that you can not see on your network? How do you change prices? Well out with the old and in with the new. Our AS20 pre price system gives you 100% Ethernet compatibility as well as central broadcasting of label formats, price changes etc..
With our unique “hold/blow Label applicator that can take abuse and the ability to print a pallet label at your predefined intervals, the AS20. Other features not found in competitors models- our data critical buffer the data while the network is down feature that is described above. NEVER miss a package total again or stop the line from running!
 

  

SPEEDWAY 300 IN MOTION BOX END LABELING/REJECT LABELpaq™ SYSTEM.
Again, using the same LABELpaq™ software as our other labeling applications, the SPPEDWAY 300 is the PERFECT final weight/totalizing/label application/reject system. Using label applicators from ID Technology  our SPEEDWAY 300 in motion scale uses our new digital load cell technologies to give the most ACCURATE WEIGHTS possible. Over/under specs can be set in
LABELpaq™ so that incorrect weighted boxes can be rejected. And of course standard is our superior databasing software that allows instant REAL TIME feedback to your network all totals of all products for that line- viewed through our SCALEpaq.net application or simply fed to your app in a text file. Total control- the way it was meant to be.
 

  

SPEEDWAY 500 HIGH SPEED WEIGHING/LABELING LABELpaq™ SYSTEM.
