Most of these companies are integrated into wireless networks and are used to do everything from controlling batching tanks to labeling boxes to collecting data for SAP systems. All of our computers use GENUINE INTEL MANUFACTURED MOTHERBOARDS! no "generic" motherboards will be found in our computers. All of our computers are designed to literally lift the inner chassis out of one and drop it in the other one- maintenance could not be easier. For networking, our computers will accept almost anyone's PCI 802.11b wireless or 10/100 Ethernet card.

during clean up. Our custom made enclosures features latches instead of screws
that invariably get lost or stripped. All of our computers can be upgraded to
our exclusive wash down gasket less touch screen. We call it the TOUGH SCREEN.

The TOUGHSCREEN is our exclusive gasket-LESS wash down touch screen. We developed it for the needs of food processors that have extensive and severe cleanup conditions. Any touch screen with gaskets will soon leak and not much can be done about it. However, the TOUGHSCREEN, was designed to function day after day, year after year with NO gaskets and NO moisture leakage. We have placed over 1000 computers in wash down food processing industries and have had ZERO units ever leak! These are resistive touch screens that are easy to maintain and inexpensive to purchase. |

The 305 is made for those applications that have higher heat ratings, such as placing a computer near a fryer or oven. The 305 is made to withstand ambient temperatures in the 125 degree range, and is all stainless and is gasketed for wash down and dust proofing. The included TOUGHSCREEN touch screen keeps out all dust and water. Since the 305 is so thin (3.5), it is perfect for those areas that need a powerful computer, yet have little room to maneuver. |

Our wedge shaped model 440 is truly a one of a kind computer. From it’s wedge shape to its internal SCALE indicator, the 440 is the PERFECT data collector for a fixed QA station. Made to sit on a mobile cart and to be wheeled from QA station to QA station, the 440 comes equipped with wash down nickel plated connectors that can interface with wash down calipers, scales and temperature probes. When running our STATpaq SPC/QA system or YOUR own SPC system- the 440 is the unit that best suits the application. And like all of our 40 series computers uses a STANDARD Intel Motherboard. |
