We have installed hundreds of our systems in dozens of plants throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. We have also interfaced our products to the major databases available today- MS SQL, Oracle and DB2. Following are some of the customers and applications that we have worked with.

 
ConAgra Poultry- We have worked with this large poultry processor on multiple projects since 1999. We supplied over 100 wireless labeling systems, In 2000-2001 we supplied another wireless tray pack labeling systems and in 2001 our computers were purchased to run a major data collection project in their plants- over 80 computers were a main component of that project. We have interfaced to DB2 in these projects.

 
Pilgrims Pride- In conjunction with the IS department and plant production managers, we installed the first multiplant, all wireless labeling systems for Pilgrims Pride in 1997-98. In 9 plants from Arkansas to Mexico City, we label all ice packed and fresh pack tubs and boxes. We have since supplied over 50 computers to collect plant floor data, wirelessly of course. MS SQL is the database that we have interfaced to for these installations.

 

ConAgra Frozen Foods- Sigma has worked over in 2001-2002 to implement a SCANpaq system in most of CA frozen food plants. This comprehensive system will track product placements, Child Nutrition stats, weights of all kinds and fried and frozen temperatures among others. We will be working with them in 2002-2003 to implement SCANpaq throughout the checkweighers in those plants.

 
HEB Grocery Stores- Even at the Grocery store warehouse level you will find us. We have just won a contract for the HEB meat department to label all boxes. We were chosen for our superior and rugged hardware and our flexible LABELpaq™ database driven labeling software.

 
Tyson-  Since 1998 we have supplied Tyson with dozens of wash down computers. To do everything from wireless plant floor data collection to our STATpaq SPC. In 2002-2003 we are again supplying the Tyson system with many more of our wash down wireless computers and touch screens for further data collection projects.

 
Cargill Poultry- Sigma has developed a Very unique labeling system for the Cargill system. Using 2D bar codes, our LABELpaq system was chosen to label all Turkey boxes in all Cargill poultry plants. In 2002-2003 we will be finishing those plants as well as implementing our latest contract- Cargill poultry Canada. We have also installed LABELpaq and SPEEDWAY 300 in line checkweighers. Cargill is an Oracle company and LABELpaq has been neatly and seamlessly integrated in Oracle.

 
Sylvest Farms- In 2001 we installed the first LABELpaq system in the Montgomery Alabama Sylvest location. Throughout 2002-2003 we will be installing the rest of our wireless LABELpaq systems as well as our SPEEDWAY in motion pre price systems. Sylvest is an MS SQL company.
